Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials such as wood, plywood, veneers, laminates, hardware fittings, adhesives, and tools.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and stacking of materials to avoid damage.
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual and ERP/system-based).
• Issue materials to the production team against approved requisitions.
• Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and prepare material requirements for procurement.
• Coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely material availability.
• Handle returnable materials with proper documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store area.
• Track tools and equipment usage and ensure proper return.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
