Job summary

A leading finance organization in Dubai is seeking an Accounts Executive to support the finance department. This role involves monitoring the General Ledger, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and generating detailed financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong skills in report generation and collaboration. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or Accounts Assistant.
• Experience in tax accounting is advantageous.
• Knowledge of tax filing processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the General Ledger and sub ledger.
• Prepare and scrutinize G/L schedules for review.
• Reconcile various GL accounts for monthly reporting.
• Handle petty cash for accurate reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Shared Service AP team for inventory.
• Analyze travel expenses and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Manage invoice verification and Local Purchase Orders.
• Generate inter-company reports and follow up on invoices.
• Provide timely finance-related information to departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for proper invoice submission.
