- Greet guests with a warm welcoming attitude and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate orders and communicate guest preferences to the kitchen efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests concerns or special requirements with professionalism and care.
- Uphold service standards that reflect the propertys brand values and elevated guest experience.
- Work closely with the culinary bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve service and guest satisfaction.
- Follow hygiene sanitation and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure proper handling of food beverages and service equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues hazards or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
