Job summary
A luxury hotel brand in Abu Dhabi seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure high-quality standards in guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, inspecting cleaned areas, and assisting in hiring and training staff. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of related and supervisory experience. This role requires strong communication skills and teamwork to provide exceptional guest experiences while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is necessary.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and ensure quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist in managing daily housekeeping activities and employee relations.
- Communicate and resolve issues with other departments and within the team.
