We're Hiring! Internal Control and Compliance Specialist

Join a global leader in the building material industry and play a critical role in ensuring compliance integrity and operational excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Internal Control and Compliance Specialist to strengthen our internal control framework and drive continuous improvement across our processes.

Internal Control & Compliance Framework

1. Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure process integrity.
2. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of internal controls, reporting findings and action plans.
3. Work closely with business owners to remediate control deficiencies and strengthen compliance.
4. Lead the development and rollout of policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Audit & Risk Management

1. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit findings.
2. Ensure prompt and effective implementation of corrective actions.

Training & Awareness

1. Conduct training sessions and prepare materials to build understanding of internal control practices across the business.
2. Promote a culture of compliance and risk awareness.

Health Safety and Environment (HSE)

1. Support the implementation of HSE policies and actively promote a safe working environment.
2. Engage with employees, subcontractors, and visitors to raise safety awareness.

Legal and Ethical Compliance

1. Act as a role model for compliance with company regulations, including Code of Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery, and Conflict of Interest policies.

5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational environment
Professional certifications in internal audit, compliance, or risk management are an advantage
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Languages: English is required; Hindi and Arabic are a plus
Strong problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Proficient in internal control best practices and risk-based thinking
