The Real Estate Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies tailored to specific audiences including tenants, brokers, investors, and employees or potential employees. The role involves building and managing marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, apps, and websites to enhance market activity and connectivity.
Key responsibilities include managing the marketing team and budget, ensuring the success of marketing programs through metrics-driven and goal-oriented approaches. The manager will represent the company at industry events, act as a brand ambassador, gather market intelligence, and increase industry exposure.
Additional duties involve overseeing the development and implementation of the marketing and media budget, managing digital assets like the website and social media platforms, establishing media relationships at local and national levels, and working closely with clients and partners to meet their objectives.
