• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans (BEPs) across all architectural projects.
• Coordinate BIM workflows among internal teams and external stakeholders (engineers, consultants, contractors).
• Oversee BIM model coordination, clash detection, and quality assurance.
• Manage BIM libraries, templates, and families in Revit or other BIM platforms.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards.

Project Support

• Provide hands-on support for architectural teams during the design and documentation phases.
• Collaborate with project leads to integrate BIM strategy from concept through construction.
• Ensure model accuracy, structure, and data integrity for various project phases (LOD 100–500).
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of BIM tools and digital design technologies.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM software and workflows (Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.).
• Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination through federated models.
• Participate in design and technical meetings, presenting BIM-related insights and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams regarding BIM deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and BIM management.
• Licensed architect (preferred).
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other Autodesk products.
• Experience with BIM 360, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Solibri, or other digital tools.
• Knowledge of BIM standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail and process optimization.
