Qualifications
- Minimum of a diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications like Certified Electrician or OSHA Training.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing electrical issues.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues quickly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Install, test, and maintain electrical equipment, ensuring all installations meet industry specifications and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues, demonstrating a proactive approach to prevent further complications.
- Conduct routine safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Maintain an organized inventory of electrical supplies and tools, ensuring everything is readily available for immediate use.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
