Job summary
A leading company in Dubai is looking for a Project Manager with over 7 years of experience, particularly in ERP projects. The role involves managing and delivering project activities, adhering to PMO policies, and serving as the main contact for project stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery within constraints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project management.
- Experience in at least 3 ERP projects and 5 implementation cycles.
Responsibilities
- Follow Digital Project Management Methodology and PMO policies.
- Manage project activities and deliverables as per the project plan.
- Act as a focal point of contact between project members and stakeholders.
Skills
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including enterprise level solution project management experience of minimum 3 ERP projects and implementation experience in minimum 5 enterprise solution implementation cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Follow Digital Project Management Methodology
- Abide by PMO Policies and procedures.
- Comply with enterprise architecture as directed by section heads in DDA.
- Follow DDA Change Management process.
- Responsible for overall management of project activities and delivery as defined in the project plan.
- Act as a focal point of contact between project members and stakeholders
- Responsible for delivering project within time, budget, scope, and quality expectation.
- Report project progress in weekly meetings
- Work proactively with various departments in DDA and external parties (as applicable) effectively.
- Manage and mitigate risk and issues.
- Manage communication and stakeholder / customer expectations.
