Job Opportunity for Architect with BIM Capabilities

• Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design, and Construction Documents
• Lead technical matters and project management
• Provide design solutions and manage projects from inception to handover
• Specification writing and knowledge of materials and applications
• Produce drawings at all stages and supervise team members
• Expertise in Revit & BIM

• Knowledge of authority regulations, standards, and codes
• Evaluate project scope and assist in proposal preparation
• Collaborate with team to determine design needs
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients
• Supervise design team and review work
• Manage tasks and ensure timely deliverables
• Contribute to company’s Lessons Learned Database
• Maintain project documents and liaise with authorities
• Coordinate with external disciplines and team members
• Ensure timely project delivery
• Support BIM development and standards enforcement
• Travel for site inspections and surveys

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD
• Presentation skills with PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Suite
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
• Creative and imaginative thinking
• Decision-making and negotiation skills
• Minimum 10+ years of experience
