ELV & ICT Presales Engineer: Solutions Architect
Job summary
A leading solution provider in Dubai is seeking a Presales Engineer specializing in ELV and ICT solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and be responsible for solution design, technical proposals, and liaising with clients. Key skills include technical documentation, strong presentation capabilities, and knowledge of AutoCAD. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Presales / ELV / ICT solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose optimal technical solutions.
- Design and prepare BOQs, schematics, and technical documentation for ELV and ICT systems.
- Conduct solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions with clients.
- Liaise with OEMs and vendors for solution validation, pricing, and compliance.
- Provide technical support during tender submissions and project handovers.
