We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of luxury villa fit‑out projects for a prestigious client in Dubai. This role is central to ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting both client expectations and stringent UAE regulatory requirements. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial planning and design coordination to final handover—serving as the primary point of accountability. With a strong background in civil engineering and hands‑on experience in complex residential fit‑outs, the ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead cross‑functional teams, and maintain seamless collaboration across contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. A strategic mindset, proactive risk management, and deep familiarity with local construction norms are essential for success in this high‑impact role.
