Job summary
A growing recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Responsibilities include financial projections, site supervision, and liaising with various stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3 years' experience with residential projects are required, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects.
- Prepare work schedules, cost calculations, and site reports.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.

About the Client:

Qualifications:
- Open to Jordanian nationalities. Male, 30 to 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or a related field; UAE experience preferred.
- Proven 3 years’ experience handling mid to high-rise residential projects. Demonstrates full-cycle project management expertise including layout & floor planning, pre-construction, project planning, design management, and financial oversight alongside strong on-site management, procurement and supplier coordination, site reporting and documentation, quality control, labor supervision, and knowledge of permit and authority approval procedures.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills; ability to think critically and independently.
