Job summary

A leading engineering firm in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced ELV Manager responsible for overseeing the complete installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems across projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 8 to 10 years of MEP contracting experience. Strong leadership and technical direction skills are essential to ensure compliance with designs and standards, effective stakeholder coordination, and successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in ELV systems such as BMS, CCTV, Structured Cabling, and Access Control.
• Proven project management experience within MEP contracting or ELV fields.
• Ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.
• Oversee installation and integration of ELV systems.
• Manage daily site operations and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and monitor site safety.
