• Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote appropriate bedding solutions.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of our mattresses and related products.
• Support customers throughout the purchasing process and handle post-sale inquiries.
• Maintain merchandising standards to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
• Contribute positively to team dynamics and assist in training new staff.

• Proven 5 years of experience in retail sales preferably within the bedding or furniture industry.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications for sales reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
• Preferred age: 28 to 35 years old.
