Job Responsibilities

1. Procure price and availability from suppliers
2. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
3. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
4. Process and receive stock orders electronically
5. Maintain and update system
6. Communicate important feedback from suppliers internally

Required Qualification

1. Matric (Senior Certificate)

Advantageous Skills

1. Valid driver's License
2. Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
3. Sales or procurement related experience
4. Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to communicate effectively with customers & suppliers (Telephonically & Electronically)
