The role involves flexible hybrid working, assisting with administrative tasks, running errands, and coordinating logistics. Ideal candidates should possess tertiary education, be tech-savvy, and demonstrate strong initiative in problem-solving. A low-nonsense environment is offered with opportunities for growth as the position begins with 2 to 3 hours per day.

- Tertiary education (any solid field, as long as you think clearly).

- Takes initiative, figures things out, and doesn’t wait for instructions.
- Can call out nonsense and hold your own.
- Practical, resourceful, and comfortable juggling different tasks.
- Good with people, good with problems, and good under pressure.
- Work from client’s home office in Kommetjie when needed.
- Run errands in and around the area.
- Build spreadsheets, manage basic admin, and keep things organised.
- Coordinate projects and deal with suppliers.
- Help coordinate household and personal logistics.
