Job summary
A leading logistics firm in Pretoria is looking for a Logistics and Operations Controller to manage vehicle tracking and ensure optimal service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, at least 3 years of experience, and strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Own driver's license and reliable transport.
- Ideally reside in Pretoria East, or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Track company vehicles and drivers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Manage driver's on-route with regard to any problems or delays.
- Update the clients with regard to the progress of the company's service delivery.
- Proactively resolve any and all customer complaints.
- Engage in administration and reporting in a timely fashion.
- Engage in any ad hoc responsibilities, as and when required.
