Property Administrator
Job summary
A property management company in Pretoria is seeking an experienced individual to manage student accommodation in a newly renovated building. Responsibilities include correspondence with tenants, lease administration, and monitoring lease expiry profiles. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in property management and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. The role is full-time and located on-site.

- 5 years of experience in Property Management required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage lease agreements and correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage student accommodation and interact with tenants.
- Monitor lease expiry profiles and inform Asset Managers.
- Draft and manage lease agreements for properties.

Education
Manage student accommodation in this newly renovated building in Pretoria. Must have experience in running an establishment. Verbal and written correspondence with tenants and service providers.
- Commercial property portfolio lease administration, reporting and formal correspondence with tenants clients and internal / external service providers
- Monitor lease expiry profile and inform Asset Managers as required
- Draft offers to lease agreements
- Responsible for parking lease agreements.
- Maintain and update vacancy schedule and lease agreement expiry schedule
