Job Description

To provide excellent client service and financial education, and to achieve targets through the marketing and selling of Old Mutual and other products. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting monthly sales targets in lending and other products.
2. Meeting collections and arrears targets in lending products.
3. Educating clients on responsible credit use and effective money management.
4. Establishing a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation, and tracking.
5. Adhering to internal, regulatory, and legislative governance to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
6. Facilitating intra-branch referrals by building mutually beneficial relationships with other business units.
7. Providing excellent face-to-face and telephonic service to customers.
8. Building sustainable relationships that enhance the brand.
9. Delivering on daily production standards and adhering to service and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF level 4)
• Minimum of 1 year sales or service experience, preferably in the Retail, Banking & Financial Industries.
