Medical Sales Representative – KZN Coastal

A multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Medical Sales Representative – KZN Coastal who will be responsible for engaging with the company's customers in line with the sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target in their territory.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Job Outputs :

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at the customer business
  • Electronic territory management system
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge
  • Implementation of sales and marketing strategy
  • Achieve the annual regional sales budget and manage a territory expense budget
  • Tailor customer strategies for each customer need to obtain mutual benefit and growth
  • Arrange customer-focused functions
  • Participate in customer expos
  • Activate company branded functions e.g. CPD functions
  • Daily customer recon and reporting
  • Call rate coverage and frequency to ensure good territory management
  • Maintain high levels of market-related and product knowledge to ensure effective individual performance and training of customers
  • Implement a territory business plan to accomplish objectives in line with the sales and marketing strategy

Call on doctors, specialists, and pharmacies

Forward all received product quality complaints, adverse events, and medical inquiries to the relevant person in quality assurance / pharmacovigilance / medical affairs

Qualifications :
