Property Accounts Specialist – Hybrid & Client‑Focused
Zusammenfassung
A property management firm is looking for a detail-oriented Property Accounts Assistant to support their Lettings and Estate Management team. This hybrid role requires accounting experience and knowledge of property systems. Responsibilities include managing rent collections, performing reconciliations, and liaising with clients. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate has prior exposure to property finance and is adept at managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifikationen
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with property systems like Arthur Online and Blocks Online.
- Strong attention to financial detail and reconciliation.
Aufgaben
- Collect and process monthly rental payments.
- Support preparation of service charge budgets.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Serve as a contact for clients regarding accounting queries.
