Our client in the Engineering industry has a vacancy available for a Senior Project Engineer. Position is based in Kempton Park.
Skills, Knowledge, experience and talents required for this role :
- 10+ years experience in operation / fabrication / production and proven record leading project teams.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- MS Office proficient (STRUMIS and added advantage).
- Lead full project handover, planning and scheduling.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Manage scope, variations, risks, delays and contractual notifications.
- Control project costs, budgets, invoicing and supplier validation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive safety, quality and compliance across all project activities.
- Lead and support project teams, including performance management and development.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using ERP systems (STRUMIS).
