Create and manage purchase orders across departments.
Reconcile supplier accounts, fuel cards, and credit cards monthly.
Handle debtors and creditors queries.
Submit and manage insurance claims and liaise with the insurer.
Assist with implementing finance procedures and record-keeping.
Essential Requirements :
Matric / Grade 12 plus a related certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Administration.
13 years experience in a similar role (e.g., Accounts Clerk or Finance Admin Assistant).
Basic understanding of financial principles, creditors, and procurement.
Good communication and attention to detail.
Drivers license.
Preferred Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Administration.
35 years experience in finance administration.
Problem-solving ability and presentation skills.
