Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

IT Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the organizations goals.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and expenditures.

Infrastructure Management

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems and applications.

Project Management

• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand their technology needs and deliver solutions.

Cybersecurity

• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect the organizations data and IT assets.
• Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities.

Vendor and Asset Management

• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal performance and value.
• Oversee the procurement and lifecycle management of IT assets.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Compliance and Documentation

Qualifications
