Formación
- Registered Nurse with valid nursing credentials required.
- Oncology Nursing certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- 2–3 years of oncology experience or related specialty necessary.
Responsabilidades
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments.
- Monitor and assess patients’ status before and after treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology-related treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor and assess patients’ physical and emotional status before, during, and after treatment.
- Manage side effects and complications associated with cancer therapies.
- Provide patient and family education on diagnosis, treatment plans, symptom management, and home care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in line with hospital and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Offer psychological and emotional support to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey.
- Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated with new oncology practices and treatment protocols.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of cytotoxic drugs.

- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (advantageous).
