A leading manufacturing company seeks a Quality Controller in Durban North. The ideal candidate has strong HR experience and at least 5 years in quality management. Responsibilities include staff training, performance evaluations, and compliance with health and safety procedures. A good understanding of ISO and effective communication skills are essential. This role offers opportunities for growth and training.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5 years' experience in QA and HR management.
- Experience in interviewing and performance review processes.
- Ability to manage and train staff on QA standards.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct induction training for new staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and update training records.
- Mediate disputes and assist with disciplinary hearings.
