A specialized HR consultancy firm is looking for a Remote HR Business Partner to join their team. This role requires an experienced HR professional with a strong background in consulting to drive HR initiatives across various countries. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, advising management on workforce strategies, and supporting recruitment efforts. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in international HR contexts and the ability to work independently in a globally distributed environment.
Location: Remote for South African candidates
Salary: R60 - 65 000 CTC
Working Arrangement: Full-time, open-ended contractor agreement.
This European-based boutique advisory and consulting firm is expanding and seeking a hands‑on HR Generalist to join its growing team. Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will work across a varied scope, from developing strong internal relationships to advising other businesses on effective people management. The position suits an experienced HR professional with formal consulting exposure who is comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and advising senior stakeholders, while also building practical HR foundations in a small, globally distributed organisation.
Advising clients on practical HR challenges, including workforce setup, recruitment support, and people processes. Supporting clients operating primarily in European jurisdictions, with a particular focus on compliance‑aware, pragmatic solutions. Working alongside senior consultants to diagnose HR issues and recommend appropriate actions.
Build a clear understanding of the organisation, team structure, and existing people practices. Review and strengthen HR policies, performance management, and reporting. Define measurable KPIs and an employee growth and development approach.
