Job summary
A fast-paced multinational business is seeking a Group Legal Advisor to provide strategic legal guidance across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should have an LLB degree and at least 10 years of post-admission experience, particularly in service contracts and litigation. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex legal matters independently.

- LLB degree and completed Articles of Clerkship
- 10 years post-admission experience
- Proven in-house legal advisory experience
- Litigation experience and ability to navigate complex disputes
- Strong experience with service contracts (across any industry)
- Confident engaging with directors and managing expectations
- Broad expertise across contracts, company secretarial matters, shareholder agreements, SLAs, NDAs, leases, loan agreements, and dispute resolution
