Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience at a large law firm or financial institution.
• Ability to identify legal risks relevant to the applicable businesses, services and documentation.
• Awareness of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates.

Responsibilities

• Advise on lending transactions including bespoke lending structures.
• Negotiate and draft contractual arrangements within a transaction.
• Work with other Legal staff to provide legal coverage for US businesses.
