Job Description: To plan, design, and build an Information Technology (IT) infrastructure architecture usually at an enterprise level to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Drive business profitability through cost-effective IT solutions.
2. Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness.
3. Advise on budget forecasting to align with IT Infrastructure Architecture needs.
4. Deliver exceptional service by resolving queries quickly and effectively.
5. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff, by providing input to business requirements.
6. Design and build IT infrastructure architecture to meet business needs and customize application functionality.
7. Ensure compliance with all IT development steps and governance, including legislative and audit requirements.
8. Draft business and technical requirements into RFP documents for IT Infrastructure Architecture.
9. Develop and utilize IT Infrastructure Architecture Performance and Upgrade Metrics.
10. Align system health checks with SLA and best practices.
11. Support application functionality and analyze problems within existing infrastructure, staying updated with technological advances.
12. Manage personal development to enhance competencies.
13. Develop in-depth knowledge of the field and translate this into business solutions.
