Job summary

- Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Continuous education on up-to-date technical / professional expertise.
Responsibilities
- Conducts leadership tasks, e.g. hiring and performance management.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities at a product segment.
- Optimizes service creation processes between subordinate lines.
- Ensures application of quality processes.
- Processes production orders on-time.
- Steers continuous improvement of workplace and processes.
- Resolves issues related to production and operations.
- Ensures HSE compliance on-site.

- Resolves issues related to the organization\'s production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations
- Ensures HSE compliance on-site
- Typically academic degree and relevant work experience
