The Recruitment Council seeks a motivated Data Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience to support our recruitment and business development teams. This role drives success by analyzing data, managing digital marketing, and providing actionable insights to enhance our recruitment strategies, specifically within the financial advisory sector.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

This position is a unique opportunity to grow your skills across a diverse range of functions:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze recruitment and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and pipeline health.
  • Develop metrics, KPIs, and perform predictive/statistical analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare periodic reports and create interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools; attention to detail in data validation.

Online Research & Database Management:

  • Conduct internet research and web scraping (using Python/R) to collect competitor intelligence and market trends.
  • Cleanse, organize, and maintain high data integrity within candidate and client databases.
  • Experience with Python/R for web scraping, knowledge of web crawling frameworks, and database management systems (e.g., recruitment CRM platforms).

Digital Marketing & Content:

  • Manage recruitment-related social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and optimize content for SEO to boost job posting reach and employer brand.
  • Plan, create, and coordinate candidate-centric content (blogs, newsletters) and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI and engagement.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices, familiarity with social media analytics, and experience with marketing automation.

Project Coordination:

  • Support the planning and execution of recruitment data and marketing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in data analysis or digital marketing, ideally within recruitment or HR.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma or Certificate in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
