Introduction

Micrographics is seeking a results-driven SaaS Software Sales Consultant with a strong understanding of CAD software technologies. This role involves engaging with clients to identify their design and engineering software and service needs, demonstrating the value of CADsolutionsand driving sales of industry-leading SaaS products and services. If you have a passion for technology, a consultative sales approachand experience in the CAD sector, we want to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities are (but not limited to):

Convert marketing-based leads into active clients
Maintain good Product knowledge via Learning platforms and internal interaction

Collaborate on Opportunities with Internal Stakeholders when required

Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients

Evaluate clients’ needs and build effective solution proposals

Set up meetings with potential and existing clients and assist them to understand our services

Accurately and diligently perform administrative duties associated with the role

Direct detailed engagement with:

Sales Team

Marketing (occasional)

Technical – collaboration required for execution of service oriented activities

Administration

Reporting to Sales Manager

Desired Experience & Qualification

At least 3 years Sales experience in related field

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

Fast learner and passion for sales and engineering software

Must reside in South Africa

Advantageous Skills:

Excellent understanding of SMB buying processes and value drivers

Excellent Track record of Sales Achievements (against Targets)

5+ years of progressive sales experience

3+ years’ experience selling Autodesk and/or Prokon CAD Software and associated solutions

2+ years’ experience within a partner selling ecosystem (such as within a reseller, or VAR)

Qualities, Skills and Character traits:

Excellent work ethic

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Detail orientated

Must be a team player

Must have a passion for Engineering Software and Services Sales

Presentation skills

High energy levels

Good Negotiation Skills

Meet and exceed Sales goals

Self-motivated

Additional Information:

  • Must have own vehicle

  • Full time – Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

  • To start as soon as possible

Package & Remuneration

Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
