Are you an engineering leader or a seasoned developer ready to step into technical leadership?

We're seeking an experienced engineer to drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a talented team in designing cutting‑edge solutions for both internal and external customers.
  • Be the technical visionary, ensuring system reliability, championing best practices, and actively shaping the product roadmap.
  • Combine hands‑on technical work with strategic leadership — mitigating outages and optimizing team processes while advocating for the team’s mission across the organization.
  • As the technical leader of the team: design and create new solutions widely used by internal or external customers.
  • Lead the technical excellence of the system and create plans to mitigate outages.
  • Adjust team processes based on feedback and guide the team through changes.
  • Challenge the architecture and automation processes.
  • Support the internal organization of the team.
  • Participate in roadmap elaboration alongside the Head of Engineering and the Product team.
  • Advocate for the mission of the team within the company.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills.
  • Ideally 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience working in Scrum or similar.
Other Requirements
  • A strong communication ability, both in private and in public.
  • You are comfortable working in an international team, in English.
  • Spanish or French would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of business travel will be a real asset.
  • You know how to be a team player.
