Job summary
A leading security services company is seeking a Direct Sales Consultant to drive sales and achieve client targets in South Africa. Responsibilities include selling alarm systems, cold calling, and driving team performance. Candidates should have at least 2 years of direct sales experience, a matric certificate, and a valid driver's license. This role also involves networking and strategic planning for client engagement. The company encourages applications from historically disadvantaged candidates, particularly black females.
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Direct Sales experience - 2 years (Field sales)
- Valid driver's license - (Advantageous)
- Training experience - (Advantageous)
- PSIRA - Grade C (Advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales to achieve the required rented and new client targets.
- Sell basic alarm kit and remote panic button systems to new clients.
- Cold calling for rented and new clients (Self and Team).
- Achieve revenue sales target (self and team).
- Networking for leads.
- Planning and implementing area-specific drives.
