Lyceum College is seeking a highly motivated, data-driven Marketing Coordinator to support and execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive student enrolments, brand visibility, and revenue growth.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can confidently manage the full marketing lifecycle from concept development and copywriting through to campaign execution, performance tracking, and sales attribution. The successful candidate will be analytical, creative, and commercially minded, with a strong ability to connect marketing activity to actual sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, paid media, website, WhatsApp, and offline channels.
  • Develop compelling marketing copy for campaigns, including ads, emails, landing pages, social media content, and promotional material.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels.
  • Support campaign rollouts for key enrolment periods, product launches, activations, and institutional announcements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Data, Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across all channels using marketing and analytics tools.
  • Monitor key metrics including leads, conversions, cost per lead, engagement, and ROI.
  • Analyse marketing data alongside sales and enrolment data to measure campaign effectiveness and impact on revenue.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead quality and conversion outcomes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaigns and improve performance continuously.
Sales Alignment & Reporting
  • Support the integration of marketing data with sales outcomes to clearly attribute enrolments and revenue to specific campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate reporting dashboards and campaign performance summaries.
  • Assist in forecasting, performance reviews, and post-campaign evaluations.
Administrative & Coordination Support
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Assist with content calendars, reporting schedules, and internal marketing documentation.
  • Support ad hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • BCom in Marketing or equivalent marketing-related qualification.
  • Formal Analytics qualification (e.g. Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, or similar).
Experience & Skills
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing coordination or marketing execution role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Proven experience working with marketing data, analytics platforms, and performance reporting.
