Join Our Client's Firm as an Accounting ManagerOur client, a leading Firm of Auditors and Accountants in Pretoria East, is seeking a seasoned SAIPA qualified professional to lead their dedicated Accounting team.Requirements : SAIPA qualification : BCom (Hons) / CTA with SAIPA articles.Proven experience in a practice environment.Proficiency in Draftworx and other relevant software.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.Excellent communication abilities in both Afrikaans and English.Responsibilities : Financial Management : Oversee the financial operations of small to medium-sized clients, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Tax Compliance : Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including liaising with SARS and managing tax filings and assessments.Accounting Processes : Manage day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis and interpretation to provide insights and support decision-making.Audit Support : Coordinate and support audit activities, including preparation of audit schedules and liaising with auditors.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a small Accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and accuracy in tasks.Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their financial inquiries and providing strategic financial advice.Why Join Them : Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service and driving financial success.
