- Recover Sales: Handle subscription recovery, winbacks, and abandoned cart assistance to re‑engage customers and boost retention.
- Order Management: Manage order‑related concerns such as tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a positive post‑purchase experience that encourages repeat sales.
- Represent the Brand: Deliver a concierge‑level experience, ensuring each interaction aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards.
- Maintain Insights: Record accurate customer data, monitor feedback trends, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
- Prior e‑commerce experience (comfortable with upselling, cross‑selling, subscription recovery, abandoned cart assistance, or post‑purchase support).
- Strong persuasive communication skills and a natural ability to convert leads and close opportunities through excellent relationship‑building.
- 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat is required; e‑commerce sales experience is a big plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
