Peterson Solutions is expanding its footprint across Northern Europe and the Gulf (NEG) - and we're looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Communications Manager who can elevate our visibility, strengthen our brand, and fuel our sales momentum.
If you're a strategic thinker who loves rolling up your sleeves to execute impactful regional campaigns, create compelling content, and orchestrate events that deliver real ROI, this role is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a fast-growing sustainability-focused organization.
Build and execute the regional marketing plan in partnership with the NEG Management Team.
Design targeted campaigns that support pipeline development and sales conversion across NEG.
Create localized, high‑impact content—case studies, presentations, brochures, and more—to empower local sales teams.
Work closely with our global marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness and ensure brand consistency.
Own external communications (PR, social media), adapting global content to regional needs and strategic goals.
Share internal communications that highlight campaign activities, performance, and business development wins.
Build and maintain an annual events calendar aligned with regional budgets and business priorities.
Evaluate past event performance and guide decisions on future participation.
Develop and manage event SOPs, supporting offices with planning and execution.
Implement a standardized framework to measure ROI across all events.
5+ years' experience leading multi‑country B2B campaigns that spark interest, generate leads, and drive real conversion.
A marketer who knows how to bring campaigns to life locally, partnering closely with country teams to make an impact on the ground.
Confident using dashboards and analytics to understand what's working—and to make it work even better.
Comfortable navigating matrixed, international environments and collaborating across borders.
A clear, compelling communicator in English , both written and spoken.
A marketing / communications degree is a plus, but your skills and mindset matter most.
Proactive, organized, and energized by delivering campaigns, content, and events that truly move the needle.
