Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a similar specialist-level role within a complex environment.
• Experience in investment banking, banking, learning, or consulting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support in practice formulation and best practice improvement.
• Partner with HRBP’s and CIB Lead to support analysis of L&D and talent management.
• Ensure global consistency and execution of all L&D objectives aligned to strategy.
