Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Human Capital team based in Bryanston is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has experience working within the Corporate environment to drive the recruitment and retention processes for the business. Specifically, we are looking for a recruitment consultant who has been part of an HR team in a corporate environment (not an agency environment).
A completed HR Diploma is preferred. You will need to be a strong and experienced HR consultant, as this is a very fast‑paced environment in which you will be recruiting candidates for multiple divisions and managers.
You will also need to be proactive in finding and implementing methods to attract skilled talent for the organization. PLEASE NOTE : This position will be office‑based.
