Qualifications

• 7 to 8 years experience at a senior management level in technology products and services.
• Registered with The Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA).
• Understanding of Solvency II, or Solvency Assessment and Management (SAM).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units for compliance.
• Audit SLA agreements.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice to business units.
• Conduct gap assessments on company strategy.
• Report compliance to Manco and Exco quarterly.
