A leading automotive company in Gauteng is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of agency experience and be skilled in sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and P-Net. This contract position requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist looks at developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
NQF Level 5 (credits – 8 level framework) Human Resources Management or related qualifications
Recruitment agency experience (Minimum 3 years)
Must have experience working on candidate sourcing platforms (P-Net, LinkedIn, Social Media, Career-Junction etc.)
Targeted Selection / Competency-based Interviewing System & Knowledge is essential
Experience in SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage
Proven experience as a Recruitment / Talent Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Recruitment project management experience is essential
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
Strong skills in system use, report creation, recruitment database management, and trend analysis
