MNC Jobs Info is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Event Ticketing & RSVP Manager to oversee the digital ticketing and guest list coordination for our growing portfolio of online and in-person events. This remote position is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational and communication skills who enjoy working in the events industry from the comfort of their home.
Manage the end-to-end process of event ticketing using digital platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom, Google Forms).
Create and distribute digital event invitations, registration links, and confirmations.
Track RSVPs and maintain an accurate database of attendees.
Handle attendee communications, follow-ups, and last-minute changes professionally.
Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams to ensure accurate event data and ticket allocations.
Monitor ticket sales and provide regular reports on registration and attendance.
Respond promptly to ticketing inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
Manage waitlists, cancellations, and upgrades in real time.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and ticketing policies.
Assist in post-event surveys and feedback collection.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using tools like Excel/Google Sheets, online ticketing platforms, and CRMs.
Basic understanding of virtual event platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
Prior experience in event ticketing or RSVP management is highly preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and tech-savvy backgrounds may also apply.
Flexible working hours with availability during major event times (evenings and weekends may be required based on event schedules).
Must be available for regular check-ins with the team and event clients.
Familiarity with ticketing software (Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.).
