A postgraduate qualification and 10 years' experience in the insurance field are required, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on underwriting performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. The role also involves building relationships with key brokers, developing tailored strategies to strengthen partnerships, and proactively generating new business opportunities. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff on sales‑related matters, contacting visits with brokers, and maintaining successful business relationships with clients.
