Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving top‑line growth and underwriting results in their relevant business area. This includes providing strategic input to contribute to the financial health of the organization through income generation. Develop and implement sustainable strategies to maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Provide detailed analysis and reporting on underwriting performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. The role also involves building relationships with key brokers, developing tailored strategies to strengthen partnerships, and proactively generating new business opportunities. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff on sales‑related matters, contacting visits with brokers, and maintaining successful business relationships with clients.
