Create and execute end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns across all relevant channels, including digital, non-digital, social, paid media and events, to boost the sales pipeline, support retention initiatives and drive revenue growth.
- Degree in Marketing or related qualification
- Post-graduate qualification in a related field
- 5-7 years experience in campaign management
- Exposure to the insurance industry
- Ensures digital campaigns are trafficked effectively to achieve expected performance targets
- Ensures campaigns are set up correctly and call to actions match the content
- Proactively reviews and manages client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
- Tracks and reports on campaign results, gathers data analysis and participates in weekly calls
- Oversees the campaigns' performance against key performance indicators
- Develops and maintains relationships with all affected teams to nurture performance growth
- Delivers accurate campaign setups and thorough testing
- Has high level knowledge of SEO, adwords, keywords
- Deploys site side tracking across multiple tag management solutions (e.g. GTM)
- Supports operational activities and drives excellence in customer service through accurate and consistent delivery and supplier operations
- Supports a culture of operational excellence in all client operations processes and activities
- Ensure monthly reporting and insights sessions take place and that the actionable outcomes are implemented by specialists
