Job summary

A leading equipment supplier in South Africa is seeking a dedicated warehouse staff member. Responsibilities include exceeding daily warehouse KPIs, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Ideal candidates should have a Grade 12 certificate, experience in warehouse operations, and familiarity with SAP & EWM. A valid driver’s license is necessary. Potential candidates need strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 1-2 years warehouse and supply chain experience is necessary.
• Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
• SAP & EWM Experience will be an advantage.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

• Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded.
• Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards.
• Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning.

• Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded
• Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards
• Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOPs.
• Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards. (i.e. Maintain parts stock, reduce stock loss/damages)
• Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning
• Effective investigation and resolution of all stock discrepancies and implement control measures.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12
• Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
• 1-2 years warehouse and supply chain experience
• SAP&EWM Experience will be an advantage
