A leading operations management firm is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for its Digital Workplace team in Cape Town, South Africa. In this role, you will lead IT Service Management and Delivery, drive service improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance in client processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing operational reviews and client communications.

- Lead Operational Reviews on SLA adherence, ongoing projects.
- Participate in Service Operations Reviews and business growth calls.
- Identify, implement and review service improvement initiatives.
- Drive effectiveness of compliance and information security.
- Liaison with the client to understand delivery requirements.
- Capture all Client processes downtimes for future reference.

- IT Service Management and Delivery - Lead Operational Reviews on SLA adherence, ongoing projects with Client and Internal stakeholders.

- Liaison with the Client to understand delivery requirements and effectively engage and communicate expectations to Internal Teams.
- Major Incidents Database – Capture all Client processes downtimes / application issues & major downtimes for future use.
