This role will require you to work both Saturday and Sunday on a permanent basis.

You will also work 3 weekdays (Wednesday - Friday)

What You’ll Make Happen
  • Placing the client experience at the heart of everything you do
  • Coordinating with contacts to ensure social media post dependencies are proactively cleared in a timely manner, and meet client expectations
  • Delivering strategic social media recommendations on how client needs can best be met
  • Scheduling and reviewing content across a variety of social networks and YouTube channels
  • Coordinating with Storm Ideas content production, copywriting and captioning teams
  • Assisting with calendar planning across client accounts
  • Researching clients' shows / movies and carrying out regular account audits
  • Conducting regular research on social media platform updates and brainstorming strategies and tactics based on the latest trends and features
  • Optimising content for YouTube with effective thumbnails and copy
  • Assisting with the setup and documentation of internal processes

Your typical day will begin around 10am, and you'll connect with your project team through three stand‑ups per week to stay aligned and supported.

To support our US clients, this role requires working Saturday and Sunday plus Wednesday to Friday.

You’ll also do one late shift each week (1 : 30pm-10pm GMT).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

First, you will receive questions to answer via a self‑recorded video.

If successful, we will invite you to an interview (60 minutes via MS Teams).

During the meeting, Bella, our Head of Social Media Management, will get to know you and try to understand if you'd be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.

Following this, there will be a short task to test your attention to detail and communication skills.

There may also be a short (30 minutes via MS Teams) follow‑up interview with Duncan, our Chief Content Officer.
