Remote position
Working hours: 08:00 EST (15:00 South African time)
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Remuneration will be based on experience.

• Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand story across a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive and dynamic visual identity that aligns with our global brand vision.
• Collaborate with various team members to create designs that resonate with our target audience and help attract top talent.
• Work on a range of creative assets, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and internal communication materials.
• Keep up with design trends and best practices, ensuring our visuals stay fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
• Experience working with EU, US, or UK clients is a must.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and experience with motion graphics (After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Creative mindset with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
